Thanks to its POPs in Europe and partnerships with carriers around the world, GCCITCALL is able to provide you with DID numbers in many worldwide countries.
Our service includes the registration of these phone numbers and forwarding to an IP address via VoIP (using SIP or H.323).
We can provide geographical numbers, premium numbers, and toll-free numbers (sometime called business numbers).
These numbers can be used as access numbers for prepaid calling cards, for callback applications (DDI callback and ANI callback / CLI callback) , for allocation to end-users, etc...

The GCCITCALL softswitch consists of the following modules:
Softswitch Engine
This is the main engine running in the background. It includes:
H323 switch
H323 gatekeeper
SIP Proxy
SIP registrar
Translation between H323 and SIP
Softswitch Manager
This interface allows to monitor all incoming traffic and registered clients. It also presents a number of additional information on the processes that are taking place.
Softswitch Config
This graphical interface is used for configuring the whole system. It has a number of features that allow to define routing and billing, configure carriers, and activate customers. It is also used to analyze traffic information and main statistics, like history of failed calls, ASR, PDD.
Softswitch Info
By using this interface one can have all information about customer CDR's, profits made, and providers costs. All this information can then be exported to xml, excel, or text files.
Web CDR
This module allows clients to check their current account status and the history of the calls made via a web-based interface.
PC to Phone Client
A softphone that installs on the clients computer. The softswitch comes with an unlimited softphone license
Webphone
A web module that allows clients to initiate calls directly from the website.
Callback Module
An additional module that allows to launch ANI / CLI callback, DID callback, SMS callback, Web callback.
IVR module
Module responsible for playing back voice messages utilized by various GCCITCall e.g. 2 stage dialing (prepaid calling cards), account balance and IP PBX.
Online Shop
Module that allows customers to make payments online using credit cards.
Reseller’s module
Web based system that allows resellers to create users accounts, manage them, manage the tariffs, and analyze the information on the traffic that is taking place etc.
