A You can call from any country in the world. All you need is a PC with internet connection, microphone and
speakers (or ideally headset or handset). The rates are the same, wherever you call from in the world!

Q What dialling codes do I need to use?
A For all external calls you need to dial 00 then the country code and phone number of the person you are
calling. e.g. 00442075551234 If you wish to call another MWC user you can dial 699 followed by their login ID
e.g. 699123456

Q Can I receive calls using your service?
A Yes. You can call any other GCCITCall user for free and they can call you! If you have a hardware device,
you will soon be able to get a  number so anyone in the world can call you. See here for details.

Q How are the calls charged?
A Calls are charged PER SECOND, so for example, a 35 second call will only be charged as 35 seconds.
Beware - many of our competitors will round this up to 1 minute so it can cost you almost twice as much!

Q Is there any expiry date on my account?
A No! Your account can be used at any time, assuming you have enough credit to make the call.

Q Are there any other fees?
A No! There are no signup fees and no monthly fees. You only pay for the calls you make.

Q What happens if I can't use your service, or I can't get it to work?
A We want all of our customers to be happy! If you are not, for any reason, please let us know and we will do
our best to resolve the situation. We will offer you a full refund if we are unable to resolve the problem

Q Can I see my balance and the calls I have made?
A Yes, By Go To Link Call History You Will See all The Calls That U Made.

Q. When I try to login I get a message "Account is disabled, please contact billing dept". Why?
A. When you run out of funds, your account is automatically disabled preventing you from calling. When funds
are added to your account, it will automatically re-activate allowing you to login and call
