If you are facing slowness problem with your internet connection please check the following :
1- Remove the network and connect one PC directly to the modem

1- IP Phone :
* If your IP phone not regestering [ Red light flashing ] , please check the internet connection
to the WAN port in your HandyTone .
* if you want to know is your HandyTone on DHCP setting or Static IP setting , please insert
trouble stars and then 01
* if you want to know the IP address of your HandyTone , please press truoble stars and then 02 .
2- PC2Phone :
* you can not login by your user name and password , please disable the Firewall of your operating system ,
if you have any antiVirouse please disable it .
* you don't have any firewall and antivirouse and you can not login too , please check your internet connectivty
if its work fine please try to ping www.gccitcall.com
* you logged into the SIP phone but you can not make calles , please make sure that you put your destiation
Numober without the international 00 , for example if you are calling IRAQ / Mobile put the No. 964790xxxxxx
* The voice quality not good , please test your internet connection you need Dedicated 16kb/16kb to get better
quality .
